Artis Leon Ivey, Jr., better known as Coolio, is a moderately successful rapper with one really big hit: the rather epic Gangsta's Paradise.
In general, Coolio seems like a pretty cool guy and Gangsta's Paradise is one of my favorite songs of all time. But I'm not here to espouse Coolio as a person or his musical career. Nay, I am here to help introduce to the world to Cookin' with Coolio.
This puts all other cooking endeavors to shame.
